Brink’s Home Security Will Use AMTC “On Hold” Solution in its National Call Centers

Clearwater, FL/ December 23, 2002: Brink’s Home Security® has selected Applied Media Technologies Corporation (AMTC) to provide “on-hold” messaging systems in its national call centers. Brinks Home Security is one of the largest home security companies in the United States, monitoring home security systems for more than 750,000 customers in more than 100 markets in the United States and Canada.

Brinks selected AMTC’s RemoteLink, a telephone-download digital player. The RemoteLink allows custom messages to be downloaded over standard telephone lines. In addition to providing equipment, AMTC will also write and produce custom messages for “on hold” play in the Brinks call centers.

Jerry Gosch, Director of Telecommunications of Brink’s Home Security, said “Coming to us as one of the largest ‘on hold’ vendors nationally, AMTC surprised us with a bid about two thirds less than we were paying!
